On a moderately hot summers day an entire building’s air is being cooled and conditioned without needing to start even one chiller as no chilled water is required due to the Sea Water Cooling Plant. As the controls are seasonally commissioned and refined we could potentially be in a position of providing total cooling to the precinct without needing any additional cooling provided by mechanical equipment depending on sea water temperature. The energy savings potential is huge!
